You need to destroy the Demon Castle, then go to the Dungeon behind it, and there will be 2 groups of demons. If you kill them, you'll destroy the portal.
On Hugo's Corner, there was a strategy that allowed you to capture this castle. By the way, starting with this mission, you only need to develop Arantir, and he will have enough experience up to level 31.

Yes, there is a huge army there, and the hero has anti-magic, but with patience, it's not that difficult. Use general spells like Dispel and Slow. Use Berserk on the Cyclops and someone else until the entire army is destroyed. Kill the remaining hundreds of Cyclops with Liches, Vampires (retreating if necessary), Skeleton Archers, and Clones. You can keep the Cyclops under control with, for example, the Swarm spell. None of the enemies came out of the castle walls. Losses – some Skeleton Archers.

Don't go looking for trouble. From Urgash's castle (Inferno, you know what I mean), go to the right, and you'll find some Orcish graveyards. If you go further, you'll find a human castle. In that human castle, Kujin is sitting; easily eliminate his army, and the quest will be completed.
It's not necessary to capture the yellow castle, and access to the Orc leader becomes available after reaching the northwest corner of the map, where the blue Barbarian castle is located. To do this, you need to clear the unit guarding the entrance and capture the castle itself. After that, a cutscene about negotiations plays, and you automatically proceed to the next mission.

I attacked a yellow Castle with Arantir, just for fun, even though both heroes already had the maximum available experience before the attack. I had about 2300 skeleton archers, 250 alt. liches, 1000 alt. ghosts, 340 vampire princes, 74 astral dragons, and 170 banshees (undead). There were also zombies, but since they didn't participate in the battle, I didn't list them.
The main problem, of course, was with the cyclops. I messed up badly with the vampires, thinking I was sending ghosts to counterattack, but I sent vampires instead. And, unfortunately, their ability to stun didn't work, and despite the cyclops' unsuccessful attack, they took down all the vampires in one hit. I couldn't even restore some of them. I killed their units with berserk and control, of course, and by summoning clones, elementals, and a phoenix. The battle took about 20 minutes because I was thinking a lot to minimize my losses.
