The third night begins.

The event that occurred tonight shocked all of Japan: every TV channel and the front pages of newspapers published the same thing: A quote from a news reporter:
"We are near the police station... I mean, what's left of it. Firefighters are desperately fighting the fire, but flames continue to engulf the building."
According to eyewitnesses, an explosion caused the fire. They also say that shortly before, a suspicious person came to the station to visit one of the detainees. He had a box of chocolates with him, slightly larger than usual, but few people paid attention to it, and he was allowed inside.
Rescuers were only able to identify three victims – Slonysh, WisTrit, and Knyaz_Omega. However, it was impossible to determine exactly who was who because the bodies were so disfigured.
There is only some specific information: one of the dead was a police officer, another was a foreigner with fair skin, and the last one was found to have a nearly intact hatimaki (headband) and several 9x19mm Parabellum cartridges.

lol. Well, I don't think it's worth looking for clues in the fire, as the kamikaze killer perished himself. But the murders of Gil and Morny should be investigated. Gil was killed with a blade (ninja?), and Morny was shot. Both were at Gil's house, which raises the question: what was Morny doing at Gil's house? I don't see any evidence of any other crimes besides Gil's murder. Was Morny involved with the mafia? As for the notes, there's not much to say. Although someone was interested in Morse code, I don't remember who.

By the way, I suspect that one of the two ciphertexts is fake. In the first one, the signature is O – meaning waiter, and in the second, it's F – meaning? I think the second cipher is based on the second letter, OФициант (waiter). (the first one was also based on Waiter). So, the first one is a fake, and Hermit isn't a Yakuza.
