Zhavdet, I don't think we need to advertise Warlords Tournament to players like that; our target audience is already familiar with the theory behind it.

there was no intention to include any advertising)) I just wanted to understand the logic behind the Readme file.

We have a new participant in our tournament. AlexTheGreat replaces bayazet, who has withdrawn. Since the winners in the second round have already been determined, the winner will have to play against the loser. So, two players with the most audacious nicknames will face each other:

23.06.11 Psyche_7 (red, Tower, Solmyr, Solmyr) def Mar (blue, Castle, Caitlin, Caitlin), Jebus Cross, 141

Played a match on Jebus Cross with a Dungeon )). We noticed late and agreed not to regenerate. Also used SoD, since we couldn't connect via Hamachi, but GR worked without any problems.
The layout was so-so: 2 external dwellings of nags and a couple of gremlins (1 near the castle), but it spawned plenty of hives and a couple of cons. That's why I got delayed. Gathered about 30 vives and other fodder and moved toward a crowd of devils (which turned out to also have gr.). They beat me up pretty well — I had neither tactics nor mass slow (. And from below (treasure zone in the dungeon :)) it was total chaos — an horde of sultan-ifrits. Well, I thought, гг. Only way out is if I can fly over. I messaged Wic (big thanks for responding), we talked: nothing is written in the rules (and why would it be — Jebus with a Dungeon :)), but according to certain logic, it's possible. I messaged my opponent, explained everything, and even sent the correspondence with Wic — he seemed not to mind. All that was left was to find flight and replenish mana. With nothing else to do, I retreated home (and it's 2 days' travel to ГО, and that' same on the fastest roads!). Luckily, I got flight. Meanwhile, my opponent was running all over the treasure zone, stats about 2 times higher than mine ((, though he lost a few angels, which is encouraging. There are chances; the main thing is to catch him without mana. I burst into the treasure zone but didn't reach the opponent (I think I chose the right direction, but Caitlin had wandered very far). Plus, I was without growth so there wouldn't be any red-rush :). Of course, the opponent attacked me on his turn: the advantage in stats was simply killing and he had archs, just a bit low on mana. In general, I pulled through thanks to morale -2 (Caitlin after the grave) and chain lightning — even though the angels resurrected each other, they were quite often anti-moraled.
In short, thanks for the game and your time.

P.S. After the game, I tested breaking through sultans (nearly 80 of them) with a week 3 army and full mana reserves. Five angels survived and that was it (mass haste in the first round, then protected the angels, and when everyone else was killed — flew away from the sultans for a couple of rounds and hit them with chain lightning).

The logic is simple. He probably wanted to say that Warlock is bad.

It happened. I blew a winning position. ((( Opp offered to play Jebus Cross. The layout of towns was in my favor, so I agreed. I got Angels, Horses, Swordsmen, and Griffins from external dwellings (all upgraded on week 1). On week 2 I decided to gather some Pandora's Boxes. The first gave 40 Crossbowmen, the second turned out to be full of 20 Arch Griffins. Well, and I visited three Dragon Fly Hives. Too bad there were no Preservation items. ((( Week 3 Caitlin on a rush to a Dragon Utopia. Turns out it was a level 1. And onward to a random Grail Object with 12 Black Dragons, and on the other side 80 Naga Queens (they fell with butter, without heavy losses). And I went roaming in the treasure zone. Took another Dragon Utopia, a Pandora's Box with 3 Black Dragons, and freed a level 30 hero. On day 1 of week 3 I visit a Corpse, get a +2/2 cloak (Sorcery), and send troops back to Castle for creature upgrades.
; Week 4 Solmyr flies over Efreets. We upgrade Angels, Horses, buy one more Archangel, and money is at 0 (((. I attack with Frenzy/Bless, didn't notice morale was -2. My units acted every other turn. That's what led to the defeat.

I should have cleared home another Dragon Utopia and the third Beehive. Then I would have been fully stocked. But no, I rushed in. :smile13:

On the first week, I farmed 2 beehives, 2 external dragon dwellings, built dragon dwellings at home. At the start of the second week, scout heroes pick up a chain of Griffin Conservatories on 3, an external dragon dwelling (there turned out to be 6 of them on the respawn:)),
Angel Wings. Papa Darkstorn (his leveling was terrible - Mysticism, Leadership, at least he got Fire Magic) runs with one dragon towards the ГО and, before reaching it, dies on a hundred archers:) The tempo is lost, and now only on 123 does Papa stand near the ГО with the intention of attacking it the next day (100-250 Lich).
On his turn, the opponent surrenders, having lost to the ГО.

Yeah, I started by losing on turn 117 due to a chain without an army, but through some incredible maneuvers, I restored the chain and took 2 nymph stacks, then, gathering 9 nymphs and 28 geese, having all level 5 units and 2 more hives in the chain, somehow on the last move, I decided to attack with 1 phoenix against GO giants... 4 liters of beer - I'm in a good mood, the game is lost, thanks for the game!

Week 1 - Nagas at Castle, 3 external dwellings of Caps, killed Inferno bot - there are 2 Griffin Conservatories there
Week 2 - built Slow in Inferno and used Darkstorn to take 2 Griffin Conservatories with 2 and 4 Angels, took native town there with an external Giants dwelling, built them at Castle - there were 2 more external Naga dwellings near the town, but I left them for later - was rushing to the center
At turn 131, I broke through a GO with 100+ Vivs (upgraded) and 50+ Necromancer Horsemen, gathered 50+ Wyverns near the opponent's GO, Sword +3 and Shield +6 - but the opponent's GO has 30 Red Dragons, Gundula is available in the tavern - leveled him up and on week 4 took a Dragon Utopia with him and broke through the dragons, did not dare to attack the opponent's capital without mana - decided to replenish mana and attack later, but the opponent surrendered

So we had a fun scribble :)

At the respawn, there was an external dwelling of Wyverns deep in the wasteland. Rosic went to the center and grabbed a Flax village, messed up reading the template, thought I was running to the computer :). Anyway, built a guild, refilled mana, by 117 also put in the 2nd floor - Blind, Word, Light, and Bolt, cozy :). On the way, there was also an external dwelling of unicorns; I flagged it but, after checking finances, decided not to buy them out.

On 117, I teleported home and took the external dwelling of Wyverns. There's also a Dragon Fly Hive, and in the interval on the snow there are 2 Griffin Conservatories.

121 we set up

122 the Naga Bank falls, Earth is not Expert yet, so we manage with Blind. I repel Chain+4 and the Pendant of Speed, Expertized Earth, and stand in the Griffin Conservatory.

123 the rest of the gold is delivered from home, the Griffin Conservatory falls (3rd level), the main hero runs on Griffin Flies to rush the opponent. The army stays to take the second Griffin Conservatory.

124 the second Griffin Conservatory falls (also 3rd level), troops go to the main, who breaks through passages, picks up the Boots of Speed, sees a presumed teleport to the opponent.

125 I run into the opponent's main base. There, Vampires are built in the Citadel, and not bought out. Strange. Opponent doesn't surrender, I start getting nervous.

I ran around scouting, ran into an enemy Dungeon with Minotaur Kabobs and Angels inside. Decided not to test it, left. At the opponent's respawn, a Dragon Utopia.

127 Labetha showed up, good stats. But she doesn't go to defend the main base, circles at the edge of the visibility zone.

131 I bring the growth from home, check the Dragon Utopia, 1-2. I think for a long time whether I can take it without critical losses - I have Mass Shield and Stone Skin, but the combat stats are obviously terrible.

In the end, I go for it; it turned out not so scary, I gave up Gnolls, Basiliks, and half the Lizardmen. I prudently hid spare Flies in a reserve stack. They gave a Shield +4All.

132 I set up in the village where the 4th mage tower is already built - Prayer and Resurrection, nice. I spread out from the village with horses, burn Dragon Fly Hives, Cyclopes, and other useful small stuff, and another Dragon Utopia.

On his turn, the opponent surrenders.
