In any case, it is worth taking the risk and making such a proposal to the author. I am ready to contribute my share, and I think that other Heroes fans will also respond.

Ehh... a quick tutorial :) The answer can easily be found in your question. Highlight the text system key combinations and search for it on Google, or use the Super Drag&Drop function of your browser (instant Google search of your highlighted text in a new tab). You'll get the most information from the very first link in the search results, but it's even better to go to the third one - the Katushka website). And keyloggers monitor key presses. Look for the answer there... Windows doesn't keep such a log. For processes, it's better to use an external program in the task manager category.
