Looks like this game is the longest one for me on HeroesWorld so far.
We re-restarted 5 - 7 times.
111 - Deployment without building Lizardmen. Roads are average, took external dwelling of Basilisk, revealed Dwarf dwelling, Imp dwelling, and Mermaid dwelling. 5 heroes.
114 - 2 Griffin Conservatories are visible (turned out to be 1 and 2), 2 Naga banks, 2 more Imp dwellings, external Lizard dwelling. Very good. Judging by the layout, I didn't think I'd play such a long game.
117 - took a Crypt and found an external Gnoll dwelling; money is not abundant, because all low-level money objects have guards like 10+ Necro Horses and King Cyclopes.
1-6 in the Citadel.

In short, on 147 - Field Battle. I approached the human castle and was attacked - army roughly equal, stats too considering Tazar's defense, but no magic.
They blind me every round; in short, I retreat with 12 Lizardmen, leaving almost all the Horses and 3 Angels, as well as Archers, Monks, and the small fry in the main force with over 20 evil Crusaders.
I myself lose about 80 Lizardmen, 4 Angels, 12 Black Dragons, 9 Monarchs, 34 Basilisk, almost 40 Dragonflies.
I think about surrendering. The name TAZAR stops me, and the hope for defense in the castle, which is the only one with a 2-hex defense when the entrance is not through the gate.
Moreover, after buying back, a new week started, and fortunately there are 3 Hydras, as well as growth. The opponent spends the whole week on trifles - allows me to recover and take a couple
of Naga banks, Imp dwellings... In short, in case of an attack on my castle, they would clearly lose, because I have Slow and Blind, while they apparently have none of the Expert magic.

Took all rests, the map gen was decent, starting army is normal and on day 2 it turns out I have my own secondary. But the roads were generated slow, so the pace is nonexistent; for half a week I just stupidly walked forward trying to reach the castle. Finally took it, then turned around and went for the others; homes 1-6 in the Castle without cows, Vivas in the secondary. Started the 2nd week searching for gold, which was own severely lacking; the chain moved back and forth, clearing crypts and meduzni, Gunnar took a naga bank. Then broke through to the Dungeon's secondary, another naga bank with Gunnar (a 4-stack with GS, very unlucky fight in which I lost all gnolls, 2 Vivas, and Vasya with lizards slightly too). Added hydras at home. On the 3rd week took a hive (finally found one!), went into the treasure zone, where there was only one mini-hive and nothing special else; there was also a Dragon Utopia, but didn't have much to take it with yet; planned to go to another scouted treasure zone where hives and a Dragon Utopia were visible, but news of the surrender arrived.

This time, there was a very interesting competition between the players who took the top three places in the standings. According to the "Reports," Gomunguls clearly led, and it seemed that nothing could prevent him from winning the season for the third time in his career. But several defeats in tournaments had a significant impact on his rating. This is how the Stiky system works: the higher you are, the more painful it is to fall. The difference between 1st and 2nd place is only 9 points. And not far behind them was: 105 players participated in the winter season, and more than 600 games were played.
