I actually like the idea that everyone will be riding horses. You could make the horses very different, like in the fifth game – for the Necropolis and Haven factions. And the fact that demons will finally be riding instead of running on foot is also good. They could have been put on hellish steeds, for example. But in the screenshot, it's clear that the horses aren't that different.

They fed and watered him. Or they gave him a horse for sacrifice, which makes the demon more resilient. But in general, it's unclear why the army also moves faster if the horse was only given to the commander.

The idea was that they would be assembled and prepared before the battle.
