I've heard about the series but haven't watched it. I can't handle long series; I get bored, so I dropped House midway through the third season.

You can handle anime. Kitty, you can watch the first two seasons of Heroes, Lost, and Prison Break; there's no point in watching further.

If teleportation and time stop were separate options, I would vote for the first one.

Dominating isn't that interesting. Teleporting to a place where you're not expected is much more fun. You can also find out what really happened and benefit from it.

No, it was just a regular movie. I stumbled upon it somehow and didn't even remember the title. I don't even remember if I finished watching it. I also remember something comedic about stopping time, but it might have been in that movie. Who knows. In the end, there was another person there who could also stop time.
