Where did you save the game? If you have the Buka edition, it saves in [drive letter]:\Program Files\Buka\Heroes of Might and Magic 5, so you should look for the Maps folder there. And in this case, I would recommend changing the folder name so that it doesn't contain Cyrillic characters; otherwise, you might encounter problems later.
