To level the playing field, I suggest giving us a handicap in the form of a Fortress mapmaker on Hill, letting us choose our starting castle first, playing as red (cancel red rush), and allowing us to save 3-4 times.

A newbie isn't someone who plays very badly, but someone who is new to the portal, to the online life of Heroes players, or to the game in general. The rules are the same for everyone.
