First, this Doctor Chaos, in my opinion, appeared in only two episodes. And there are a great many episodes in the series. And in all the other episodes, Butters walks around without a hat. By the way, I was just thinking and realized why the Mafia might have sent Rega on a mission for the second time in a row. After the previous murder, he was already suspected, and only the absence of online players saved him from being eliminated.
