And I also remember the funny thing when I tried to destroy a lich, but he turned out to be immortal. So his head just floated around in the dungeon... And it was also cool to destroy enemies on a full screen with a single spell.
P.S. Ah, it's a pity that those young years have passed, now no one remembers such games...

just one lich, and it turned out to be immortal. So his head just floated around in the basement.
Have you completed the Throne of Baal?

If this is the one from Amn, near the bridge or docks (I don't remember), then he can be killed.

Has anyone played this? I think I'll download it later and give it a try.

I used to play as the Alliance and the Horde a lot, but I never finished them. I only dabbled with the expansion pack, not getting past a couple of missions. Now, I really enjoyed playing through all four Campaigns – one for each faction in both games. I have to say that in both games, the Alliance missions are noticeably more interesting. And I like their music more. The original game is quite easy, but the expansion pack is significantly more difficult. Yes, it caused me a lot of frustration, but it also gave me more enjoyment.
This is what a real Game is. It's not just blind nostalgia, the duckling syndrome, or any kind of prejudice talking. It's simply a great Game, while the third part is just garbage. I didn't like it from the very beginning, and I hadn't even heard of it until my father's friend brought a copy and copied it onto our computer. Heroes, leveling up on neutral creatures, inventory, Thrall, dreams and prophecies, boring cutscenes, the ugliest pseudo-3D graphics, some stupid elves, and the orcs, who turn out not to be creatures of evil, but a very cultured people, yearning for freedom from the enslaving humans, the ridiculous addition of zeros to the stats of units, boring, drawn-out battles that have lost all their dynamism, where a mage could wipe out half of the enemy army with a blizzard, and it's better not to approach a couple of cannon towers without cannons, otherwise you'll be crushed, the complete absence of water. I don't like the third Warcraft. It's boring. Not like the second, where one mistake can lead to a loss, and where the graphics are so wonderful, juicy, and pleasing.
I wouldn't recommend playing it. It's complete garbage. I bought the disc once and just wasted my money.
Except the ones we've made
it turns out that if you dig deep enough into Foobar's settings, you can find where to enable displaying album art, and even set a custom size. Now listening to music is ten times more kawaii ^_^
And finally, to hell with WMP, it started deleting all my large, kawaii, carefully selected, and photoshopped album art without asking and replacing them with its own small 200x200 (or however many pixels). With these covers, I'll only use Foobar from now on ^^
