Competition Regulations:
The tournament is a qualifier for the CIS Championship. The tournament format will be chosen on-site, depending on the number of participants.
1. Version TE lite/BT
2. HW rules for TE lite/BT: for BT - experience, tax, and bank are disabled (classes are TBD)
3. Templates: Smka, Balance, Mini-Nostalgia, Jebus, 8mm6a
4. Template selection: strike-out (cherk)
5. Time limit for HL templates: 3600+360, for L templates: 3000+300; in case of play on classic SoD, 6 min per turn. Timer during battles is enabled.
6. Castle selection: strike-out/trade
7. Color selection: strike-out/trade
8. Total restarts: 3 days (111-111-111 or 111-112 or 113)
9. In general, games are conducted by player agreement (version, template, rules, starting castle, hero, color); in the absence of an agreement, the regulations apply. For points 5 and 8 – changes are possible only in the direction of reduction.
10. The Judge – monitors compliance with the regulations, provides the necessary software, resolves all conflict situations related to game moments. In the event that the game duration exceeds 10 hours and one of the players intentionally stalls, the judge has the right to leave the game and initiate the awarding of victory/defeat/draw for this match by the other players.
Algorithm:
First, the players choose a template.
The blue player starts the strike-out:
Example:
Pit :
1. Anarchy
Dirty_Player :
2. 8mm6а
Pit :
3. balance
Dirty_Player :
4. 2SM4d(3)
So we play on Mini-Nostalgia./
After this, players choose a castle via strike-out (or trade). The blue player starts the strike-out, as usual.
Rules for 2SM4d(3) completely coincide with the seasonal rules on HW
Differences for Jebus cross:
Recommended size XL-U.
- Restart at the request of a player whose only road leads to a Guard Post. Taken on the day this fact is discovered.
- Restart at the request of a player who lacks a road to the central treasury. Taken on the day this fact is discovered.
- Restart for slow roads. Taken at the request of at least one of the opponents immediately after map generation.
- Using "Angel Wings" and the spells "Fly" and "Dimension Door" when moving from one zone to another is allowed only if the guards between them have been defeated.
- In the event of bugged passages between zones, moving to a neighboring zone is allowed only if the Guard Post to the center has been defeated from both zones.

http://forum.heroesworld.ru/showpost...92&postcount=7Differences for Mini-Nostalgia:
- AI computers are chosen by players alternately, one at a time. The blue player starts the selection. There must be no repeats or matches with the players' castles. Before the game starts, the host assigns the chosen castles to the computers.
Reason - to avoid double-builds.
- It is allowed to run through neighboring resps past shifted guards (except for Guard Posts).
Reason - computers ignore shifted guards, therefore players can as well to avoid any unfair advantages. Furthermore, breaking through the path to a computer is much easier than taking its castle, so there is no point in this restriction.
Mini-Nostalgia description -
http://forum.heroesworld.ru/showpost...20&postcount=3Differences for 8mm6а:
- Map settings XL+U, 2 humans + 6 computers, difficulty 160%.
- Roads are fast
- It is allowed to pass from resp to resp without defeating shifted guards.
- If a computer's castle has an upgrade of level 1, 6, 7 in Conflux or level 4 in Necropolis, it is forbidden to upgrade your own troops of these levels or hire the upgraded version of the creatures. If the Necromancy Booster is built, upgrading vampires is forbidden, and additional skeletons do not need to be dismissed – SoD only
- Restart at the request of a player whose only road leads to the treasury guards. Taken on the day this fact is discovered, but no later than 113 provided all restarts have been chosen – and only once – with the approval of the tournament judge
- Restart for a strong block that cannot be bypassed, at the request of the player owning this block. Whether the block is strong enough is determined by the tournament judge. Taken on the day this fact is discovered, but no later than 113, provided all restarts have been chosen – and only once.
- Restart at the request of a player who has no road exiting their castle (castle in an open field, extremely rare case). Taken immediately after map generation.
