1. To participate in the Heroes 3 Tournament, you must register on our website or on the HeroesPortal.net website. If desired, you can also leave an application in this thread. After leaving an application, you will find out about the receipt of your save in the application table.

2. The tournament is conducted on the Russian versions of Heroes of Might and Magic III:
The Shadow of Death (Version 3.2) or Complete Collection [Platinum Edition] (Version 4.0)

3. The goal of the game is to achieve victory in the minimum number of days. In the event of a tie in days, the deciding criterion is the sum of primary skills (attack, defense, power, knowledge) taking into account the artifacts worn by ANY of your heroes (the parameters of the hero already present in the final save are counted).
Note: The sum of primary parameters is calculated directly in the final save (if the last action is a battle, the sum of parameters is calculated before the battle!)

4. The tournament is conducted according to the rules of HeroesPortal.net, which are practically identical to the rules of HeroesWorld.ru. You can familiarize yourself with the rules by following the links:

Special attention is drawn to the following point:

. All battles fought in the tournament may be subject to verification by the tournament organizers to confirm the reality of their repetition on any computer, and detailed descriptions of the battles fought may be requested from the tournament participants.
When repeating battles, the roll of morale/luck/abilities must not be the deciding factor in victory (army preservation) and is not mandatory when the tournament organizer repeats the battle. A player has the right to deviate from these rules and build their victory on a single roll of morale/luck/abilities and ask the tournament organizer to replay their battle several times to ensure the reality of repeating its results.
In case of deviation from these rules, as well as the inability of the tournament organizer to repeat any of the battles in the tournament within 25 attempts, the participant's final save will be voided.

In case of any questions, you should contact the organizer for clarification.

5. Discussion of the tournament during its progress is FORBIDDEN!!!
If the organizer or their assistant is documentedly convinced of a tournament discussion anywhere on the Internet, they have the right to permanently exclude such player(s) from participating in HeroesWorld tournaments. The results of such players will not be counted and will be immediately voided.
The tournament organizer also reserves the right to conclude that the tournament was discussed between players if the players completed the tournament in a completely identical manner.

6. In case of suspicion of cheating or other malicious intent while completing the map, it is necessary to make a save before every significant event (for example, before a battle, before hiring another hero). The result of a player who played unfairly, or who failed to send their description (saves) on time at the request of the tournament organizer, will be voided and their further participation in tournaments will be impossible. This will also be reflected on their reputation, and not in a positive way.

7. Sequence of actions to participate in the tournament:

7.1. Download the save.

7.2. The downloaded Save must be placed on your computer in the GAMES folder of the installed Heroes 3.

7.3. Load it and proceed to play at any time convenient for you, while remembering to make intermediate saves (at minimum — at the end or beginning of each game day, or preferably both).

7.4. After reaching the last action (after which victory occurs), you must save again. Two heroes must remain in the final save (all other heroes must be dismissed): the one performing the last action and the hero whose parameters are being counted; if these are the same person, only one should remain.

Save name: The final save must be named with the participant's nickname.

7.5. A full description of the tournament map is encouraged (optional).

7.6. Send this save to the addresses nmr@bk.ru and sub-zero-mil@rambler.ru

7.7. Wait for the results.

8. The tournament starts on 04.10.2010 and will last until 04.11.2010 (inclusive until 24-00 Moscow time). Only one final save is accepted from the player.
Results will be published no later than 13.11.2010.

I only had 3 days. My knowledge and experience weren't enough to complete it (or rather, I didn't have enough gold – 1850).
Or maybe I just didn't have enough patience. I didn't even try to improve the second parameter.
