I advise you to clarify this with the organizer, because as far as I understand, this tournament is organized by them to learn the CM map. Personally, I'm not sure if they will accept a game played on any other map.

You cannot play other template. You can play with your own rules or H3 mod i.e. WT but template 2sm4d is required. If someone do not want to play 2sm4 he lost or gives V/O or we can replace him with one of players from reserve.

Every player is entitled to call for a game restart once without any reason. It is forbidden to call for a game restart after week 1 day 3. There are no limits for a game restart if the starting hero was generated on any level other than level 1; The starting hero specializes in a war machine and does not get it at the start. The map is generated with a dirt road.
