Hello everyone! I need help solving a problem... Here are the steps I took:
I bought a licensed copy of Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East, installed it (it says version 3.0), and tried to play online on Ubi.com, but I couldn't because everyone else has version 3.1.
In the \bin folder, I run UpdateLauncher.exe and update from ubi.com as instructed to version 3.1...
However, after the update, the game still says it's version 3.0.
I download the 3.1 patch separately, but it won't install, saying that the game is already patched...
I reinstall the game, try to install the 3.1 patch downloaded separately, but now it says that the game Heroes of Might and Magic V: Tribes of the East is not installed!!!
So, the question is: what should I do?

Perhaps the problem is that the patch is not compatible with this version of the game. If you have, for example, a licensed copy from Buka, then download the patch from Buka...

It's not mandatory ;) You can play all the campaigns, both from the original game and from "Hammers of Fate," as "Tribes of the East" by downloading and installing a special mod.
