Well, we played, and we played... And now we've reached the playoffs, and I congratulate you all on that. First and foremost, my congratulations and praise go to those who made it out of the groups. To those who didn't quite make it - thank you very much for the games and for the company. :) We'll see each other again and play. I invite everyone to the next season of "Novichok," which I hope will start sometime in November. For now, good luck in the season and in friendly matches. So...

Prorock and Weber couldn't finish the games and suggested that I decide the fate of the second place with a coin toss, which I did an hour ago.

Playoff Organization

I tried to take everything related to the organization into account on the first page of the topic. In post #3, you will find your opponents. The general principle of building the bracket: first places play against third places, second places (and fourth place from group D) play against each other. The winners advance to the upper bracket, the losers fall into the lower bracket, where the game is already played for elimination. The places in the lower bracket are marked for now as conditional (for example, A3 - the player who took 3rd place in group A, A1B3-D2E2 - the player who fell from the specified range of the upper bracket). As players are eliminated, I will add their nicknames.

In post #4, information on templates. Pay attention to the differences in the rules when playing on these templates. As a reminder: by default, we play 8mm6, with mutual agreement, you can play 8mm6a, Mini-Nostalgia, or Jebus.

First round of the playoffs July 1-11
Then a week for each round. I will be very strict in the lower bracket regarding compliance with deadlines, the upper bracket may have some leniency (because there are fewer rounds in the upper bracket).

on the second day I cleared 3 Griffin Conservatories, all level 2 dwellings
on the third day I ran back and forth a bit, looking for money to take a Dragon Utopia on the fourth
I did that, then another 2 Griffin Conservatories and one more Dragon Utopia nearby)
I built Mage Guild level 5 because Crag Hack got some miracle: Wisdom, Expert, and 3 magic schools (Earth, Air, and Fire)
in the Mage Guild there was Chain Lightning and that was it, but the Pandora's Box had all the Fire magic
on the fifth day I finally started looking for the opponent and went a bit the wrong way, but luck smiled on me — the third Dragon Utopia and the Book of Air were mine)
100k+ gold, everything was bought from the city, and archers with Pegasi from the Rampart, and I was preparing a jump to the opponent)
I successfully take his castle and buy out the weekly growth and 40 Wasps (I don't know why I left 7 Hydras, I thought they wouldn't reach)
I stay for a day, scouts are running around, I find a secondary hero and with Dimension Door, Angel Wings, I take his Rampart in 1 day
Tazar appears and during a siege loses his 40 Elves)))
I positioned myself between his main and secondary towns and just waited for the week to buy units from all 3 castles at once
I decided not to attack Tazar inside the castle

but the advantage in troops, stats, and Chain Lightning (I removed his Angels and thus got first move) decided the outcome

I confirm. I had a similar situation, but I only found 1 Utopia, which was useless. As a result, the stats were significantly lower. Berserk (also from Pandora) is very useful against Kreg, and I hoped to be able to make 2 or more attacks or trap him with War Chains, but after he took my cities, there were no more chances.
