Act VII – The Cradle
Scene one.A large city tavern. There are fewer and fewer visitors each day. At a large table sit the Pirate, the Count, and the Stablehand; they are arguing heatedly about something. A waitress approaches and places a bouquet of buttercups in front of the pirate
WisTrit. The pirate asks where the flowers came from, to which the waitress replies that some girl asked her to give them to him. The pirate smiles, takes the flowers in his hands, and enjoys their fragrance. Suddenly, his skin begins to turn blue, he is short of breath, he clutches at his throat and gasps for air. There is no doctor nearby, and all that remains for
WisTrit's drinking companions is to watch as their friend breathes his last. Fear settles in their souls – they fear that the same fate may befall them.
Scene two.The Stablehand
Tolikandro leaves the tavern; he wants to get home quickly to alleviate the feeling of dread that haunts him. In front of the tavern, he stumbles upon the corpse of a hundred-year-old man, whom the stablehand barely recognizes as the madman
Xostor. Just killing the villain wasn’t enough for him – he left
Xostor without an ear, and placed a Pierrot doll next to him, but the doll was painted unusually – in red and black colors. This sight makes the stablehand feel even worse, and he runs home with all his might. Someone has attached a notice to the door of his house:
2 nights ago I was blocked - naturally, I didn't write anything.
Last night I compared WisTrit and Morning, now deceased. The statuses are different, which is confirmed by the previous check of Visa and the description of Moning's death.
Today I am comparing Lizard and Sky.
I will let you know about the check immediately in this way: I will vote with an INSIGNIFICANT voice.
Statuses are identical - I execute Lizard.
Statuses are similar - NNW (No Need Worry).
Statuses are different - I execute Sky.
The check failed - I execute myself.
The vote will not be specific; it will only indicate the result.
If I survive, I will follow this same system in the future: the first two votes after the night will indicate those whom I checked. Then: nickname of the first - identical, nickname of the second - different, NNW - similar.
I hope you understand.
