I hope I don't offend you if I say that you're not quite ready for this tournament yet:
- you need an even number of players.
- very strong players are participating here (not beginners), and you, judging by your Wargaming.net rating, are still a beginner.

Gave up the Castle for 1100.
Week 1. Respawn with a stable and a hidden nook in the corner, which I clear on day 117. At the Necropolis, I take the hidden nook of Necro-steeds. I use the teleport to get to the Great Oasis – 50-99 Titans. We agreed to play as on Jebus, with a DD in the neighboring zone, and flying is only allowed after breaking through the guards. Thanks to the external market, I got Behemoths in the Castle.

Week 2. The territories are large but not very rich in resources, buildings, and artifacts. Unnecessary skills are being leveled up; I took 1 Hive and an artifact +3 Morale/Luck.
Week 3: I break through to the next secondary town with a group of Behemoths, where I take a +5 All stats sword and wings for the Devil's Elbow + a hidden nook of Green Dragons after defeating a horde of Nagas.
Week 4: I reach the Snowy Treasury through a horde of Gorgons; we killed 1 bear with breath attack. There are boots, a couple of Hives, and a speed cloak. The opponent surrenders on Manticores.

Thanks for the game! It's a pity that we didn't get to enjoy the Dragon battle.

I don't know how you tested it, here's an archive with the map, a save before the battle, and a save during the blue player's turn after the battle, in which Jabarkas bribed Aiden when he summoned the "poop" and killed a fly on a bear - Aiden is sitting empty in the tavern. The save and map are the most "Shades of Darkness" possible.

The treacherous Odessans, led by Ataman Neoandy, attacked the lush fields of my spider, and I had to punish them harshly for it:)
After long negotiations with their Batko, we decided to fight on the WT field without experience, bank, or tax, but with classes. The randomizer gave us a pair of ramp - ramp, and a new wave of debates began about how to determine the hero; in the end, we settled on bidding.
I initially decided to take Mephala, and knowing that my opponent isn't very well-versed in the subtleties of WT, I assumed he would also pay me a decent bonus for Ivor or Kyrre. We haggled for 600, which suited me just fine. I wanted to contest the color, but my opponent gave it up for just 500. I was very pleased with the result of the bidding :)
We each took 3 days of rest and set off.
No crypts, but there is a stable near the castle and fairly comfortable roads.
By 113, the purple necromancer is killed, and from there I start advancing further toward the center.
On 115, I run into a barbarian computer player, and at that point Mephala was in a "light" setup without dwarves or dendroids, while the computer fielded a truly serious army:
3 rocs, 4 ogres, 18 orcs, 18 wolves, and 45 goblins. Luckily, I had prudently left the barbarian's territory, and the fight happened in the dungeon.
I had only 12 Grand Elves and 23 Centaurs in my army, but I very wisely bought a book with Curse for 4 rounds + a Marksman upgrade for 50, and won the fight with a loss of 5 Centaurs and 1 Grand Elf. After that, I take the barbarian village and the computer's castle, and thus we finish the first week.
In the foreseeable future, there are 2 Griffin Conservatories and 4 Dragon Fly Hives, which is very nice.
On 121, I go into a Griffin Conservatory hoard — it turned out to be a tier 3 one. It fell with a bit of a struggle due to a positioning mistake, but almost without losses — only the extra dwarves and 23 Centaurs died.
Next, we go into a tier 3-4 Conservatory — it turned out to be a tier 3 one, we break it without any issues.
After that, only the scouts worked; they hacked through 4 Dragon Fly Hives along a rough road for 22 Wyverns, and Pikedram spots another Conservatory, which he enters without checking — it turned out to be a max one — we took it with a loss of 3 horses, which is generally not bad at all.

On 126, I move into the center but immediately run into the blue player there.
Despite the lack of mana, in FF there was no chance for him.

The treacherous Ataman Neo had to surrender Odessa to sign a peace treaty; the skirmish is now ours!

Scrawled clumsily, I've already forgotten when I last scrawled :). It turned out to be Stronghold vs Dungeon; I thought for a long time about what to pick. On one hand, Stronghold is a bit stronger, and I'm much better practiced with it than Dungeon.

But on the other hand, the opponent knows how to play Dungeon, since the playstyle is almost no different from SoD's, while his experience with Tyraxor is probably close to zero. In the end, I decided to give both a hard time and picked Dungeon.

I didn't look at the template before the game at all; I had no idea what might even be on it — I only saw the layout and that was without the contents.

Got 2 external dwellings of Minotaurs and 1 of Troglodytes, a decent amount of gold, there's a Griffin Conservatory — a level 2 one — and in the neighboring zone a Sword +5All is visible.

On 121 I was planning to pick up the Griffin Conservatory and run for the Sword, but news of the surrender came — the opponent attacked a stack of Pegasi, and it turned out to be the maximum size.

Took the first restart due to a thin corridor around the castle, the next 2 due to a block. 1 remained - the last one. The spawn turned out to be a narrow gorge between mountains, where an ore mine, an external market, and a mill could fit :rolleyes:
I break through 2 guards on the mud and there's a Pandora's box for pegasi - I decide to attack and decide on a restart. Although the elves were covered immediately and never got a shot off, I somehow managed to deal with it losing half my cents and got 5K experience. A difficult task emerged: level 5 on day 111 with expert basics and initial scouting, or a final restart :confused:

Even though Vic's template description recommends taking a restart on such a spawn, I didn't want to beg for humanitarian aid due to a block later, etc., and decided I would fatten up in other zones.

In the end, red got 10 angels and 20 ducks on the second week, while we got 0 cans and a couple of hives in the treasury with a guard of 50-99 grand elves. I rushed to my native computer, hoping to find something in the grass there, but ran into reds there.

In the final battle, my opponent pleased me with carelessness and couldn't block my grand elves on the first turn with 2 stacks of angels, who with the Golden Bow and Bless were ready to shoot, but 50 zombies from the Pandora's box did their dirty work and gave the grand elves anti-morale, after which there was no point in continuing :smile15:

In short, a conspiracy with the generator :smile29:

P.S.: The funny part was a battle with the Inferno computer, which attacked my weakling on 1 pegasus in a citadel with all its might. It was just barely short of winning :)

Confirmed. On day 1, 8 heroes, bears in the castle, and the Conservatory was taken with tier-1 units by the noob. The passage to the secondary zone - a horde of Archers, right behind them 20+ Ice Elementals. As a result, went around through rough terrain, lost tempo, then the noob carried week 1 troops with an Angel to the main hero - decided to take a shortcut - attacked the Pegasi - there were 49 of them. Threw the game.
