Which factions from other games would you compare to the factions from Heroes of Might and Magic?

In what sense?

Oh, I've thought about this a lot. Humans are English, Orcs are Russian, Dwarves are Norwegian, Mages are Indian or Arab. Elves and Demons... I don't know. The Dark faction reminds me of some race. They have characteristic names, but I don't remember which culture it is. And Demons don't seem to be associated with any particular culture.

Elves – Native Americans;). All this harmony with nature, bows and arrows – that’s definitely them. I mean, naturally, the light-skinned ones. The dark ones are some kind of composite image. Orcs – Russians?:confused: They are more like Mongols or all nomadic peoples combined. Dwarves – these are definitely Scandinavians; there’s no arguing about that. Haven – Europeans from the Middle Ages. No particular originality here. Demons – demons:D Necromancers – inhabitants of a dark and terribly creepy city, Transylvania :)

To me, the orcs resemble the Scythians, specifically the Scythians from Blok's poem of the same name:

Orcs, I don't see any other options. Unless you consider the undead.

Humans - Europeans Orcs - Mongol-Tatars (Golden Horde, Stronghold) Dwarves - Vikings Elves:confused: don't really resemble Native Americans: they aren't red-skinned and fair-haired, and the druids are something from Celtic culture; there's even a bit of Russian influence:) Necromancers - undead are undead, regardless of nationality:) although there's something Eastern European about them The - they somewhat resemble Greeks and Romans, but they live underground, and it's unknown exactly where:confused: Demons - Martians:D :smile25: They have a red sky and red earth in Shi'o. Titans from Greek mythology, gremlins from European folklore, rakshasas from Indian mythology; only the mages and djinns are native.

Elves and Native Americans are not similar in terms of appearance. Their love for nature, this harmony, their skill in archery, their vengefulness, and even their tattoos all connect them. The attack on Irollan and the burning of the tree have a certain connection to the European invasion. However, their appearance is canonical... elves are fair-haired, and so on. Druid is, of course, a Celtic word, but the similarity between real and fantasy druids practically ends there (a druid is primarily a scholar, healer, soothsayer, or even a poet, and does not participate in wars because it is forbidden).

Orcs - punks;
Inferno - metalheads;
Undead - goths:smile24:;
Dungeon - emo;
Humans - skinheads (because both groups demean other races);
Elves - rappers;
Mages - ???;
Dwarves - ???;

I agree about Necropolis, but Inferno are Satanists... but that's obvious.
