Or does having a higher skill level mean you can be more rude? And the person who is under 30 years old and doesn't understand the difference between public and private messages, and doesn't realize that private messages should not be disclosed without the consent of both participants, in my opinion, is simply poorly mannered.

Anticipating questions.
Wlk and Viku received penalty points for violating forum rules, as a result of which they were automatically banned. Viku received quite a few points, Wlk not so many, but it was enough. I don't know how long the ban will last; look for information in the forum rules. That's all I know.
