I took a look at the topic. Honestly, I don't understand why it's needed. There's already a fantastic The Shadow of Death with tons of great armies, buildings, and strategies. It takes a lot of time to learn how to play it brilliantly. I spend two evenings on some offline map and manage to complete it decently in about 15 days, brilliantly building and sending 10 phoenixes to the final battle, but the winner turns out to have a result of only 2 days, and he won the final battle with 10 butterflies. Besides, there are other parts of the great series. And there simply isn't enough time for all the add-ons with their unique strategies. Well, maybe I'll take a look, spend a few days looking at new monsters. Maybe I missed something important that this project could bring, so don't be too harsh.
