I saw my opponent's native secondary town and a quick path to it + 3 stacks gave out, so I decided to rush on 117. The respawn turned out to be poor on gold, but there was a Griffin Conservatory and a couple of hives, resulting in 1-5 in the citadel. On 117, as I had calculated, I broke through to the respawn, but the troops were caught on a slope and could not offer resistance. Although Shakti escaped, there was no gold, and I couldn't mount any resistance! I fell for the rush again :smile35:

We played without restarts, took Ivor for a higher chance of Elves, got 9 of them:).. 111 a two-way teleporter right next to the capital:mad: for 50-99 Hogs, slow roads:(.. 112 a fork, one end led into a GO with 50-99 Cyclops Kings, I broke through the Hogs from the other side with 10-19 upgraded Medusas:mad:.. and there's a Stable:).. 113 I break through 19 Medusas, thought it was GG when the first salvo took down three Elves:confused:... but managed with a shield.. revealed a Griffin Conservatory and a Dragon Utopia on my side.. a couple of Dwarf Cottages:rolleyes:.. 114 on day 2 opened a view tower, spotted Conflux, a couple of Crypts, most importantly in the treasure zone I see the Book of Air:smile20: for 50-99 Minotaurs, now only thoughts about it:rolleyes:.. 115 a Crypt with 5 Vampires.. collecting freebies 116 a Crypt with 5 Liches.. I run through the Stable into the treasure zone.. 135 two hives with 4+6 Wyverns, a Library.. got Logistics, we're alive..:smile13: 136 I took Greaves of Knowledge/Power +1 for 130 Swords, for 100 Magma Elementals I take a Pandora's Box, expert Logistics, basic Air, no Wisdom but hoping for gold or experience.. and there's all the big stuff, I'm only level 2:(.. I take the Book of Air:smile44:.. 137 Conflux's Griffin Conservatory is level 3, I dive into the capital to replenish mana.. in Conflux, a Citadel and 3 levels of Mage Guild.. 141 with a scout hero from the Black Market, I bring in Gauntlets:).. 142 Mana Accelerator max:smile20:, Shackles of War:smile28:, transport the army and fly to the opponent from the treasure zone via an adjacent grass secondary.. 143 and the opponent just becomes Shakti near the GO (Cyclops Kings) on Angels:smile42:.. 4 stacks of 1-4, I figure they're singles;), I Dimensional Door to my respawn, break through the GO with 87 Cyclops Kings.. lost 16 Pegasi and 6 Wyverns.. immediately take a Breastplate of Power +3, and a Ring of Speed +1:), put on the Shackles and attack the miner.. and he has 15 Angels!! :rolleyes: first turn Oil, second turn Chain Lightning on the Angels for 500 damage.. third turn finished off the rest.. lost 4 Pegasi, 4 Wyverns, and 15 Elves killed by two Lightning Bolts:smile03:.. 144 I run to the opponent's Capital:smile13:.. 145 I attack Valya in Castle.. :smile16: I only had 50 mana left but I won without any issues.. When I checked after the game: the opponent had taken his native secondary, plus a Dungeon right next to which were 2 external dwellings of Manticores and 3 external dwellings of Troglodytes:eek:.. and on two grass respawns there were a whole 6 Griffin Conservatories:eek:.. if I hadn't caught him on Angels with the Shackles, I could have lost with high probability:smile15:.. I confirm... The beginning wasn't bad, but these damn pegasus got in my way ))) they blocked the road and resources, including wood:mad:. In short, I see there are many of them (20-49), well, I think that by turn 117, I have a more or less decent army, Tazar with a defense expert, there's a tactic... but it wasn't like that :o. 7 stacks, a total of 46 units, and every second one has morale... :smile32: well, that's basically how Tazar's campaign ended. Then, of course, my opponent gave me an auto... but it's not the same. I wasn't playing for the win, that's not fair. It turned out that there was a native secondary settlement on the off-road... a hidden lair of wyverns... so I chose the wrong path, it happens... Thanks for the game!!! Good luck!!!
I have summarized the results of the first round of the playoffs; they are in the table. Congratulations to all the winners, and I welcome those who lost to the lower bracket. marajan was unable to play due to technical issues; I wish him a speedy recovery and hope he takes advantage of his chance this week.
I encourage everyone to find time to play before January 18th – this is the deadline for the second round. I will be strict with the lower bracket regarding deadlines; you have limited time. BA/IEHOK promised to try to arrange a match with RiMpel2 for next week. If anything comes up, let me know immediately (this applies to everyone). If necessary, I can extend the time for all rounds in the upper bracket by up to two weeks, but it's best not to abuse this.
Special greetings to KillerVampire and Deriel_Linch, who are already in the 1/4 of the upper bracket, i.e., in the 1/8 of the tournament. They are currently resting and waiting for their opponents, who will be determined in the matches satur - Tolikandro and mals - Pradromalo
Something weird happened... they picked Rest and in the 6th turn, the opponent wrote "gg," and Rest didn't take ( the idiot's dream didn't come true - he didn't get to play against Inferno...).
