From my own experience, I've seen that disagreements can arise between forum members, but our debate with the opponent didn't turn into a six-month saga. He simply used his right to file a complaint with the Creator, who, in turn, explained his position to me via PM, after I also expressed my opinion to him via PM. We clarified all our disagreements with the opponent through personal communication on ICQ, and that was it! Perhaps each of us remained with our own opinion, but order on the forum was maintained, and no living (virtual) soul was drawn into this process. I think this is not the worst way to resolve such problems.

He tries to take full revenge on those who dared to say a word against him, using his past merits, without even trying to figure out what bothered you guys - he immediately took a defensive stance and opposed himself to the great one against two ordinary mortals, knowing in advance that they would support him and wouldn't even bother to understand the situation. I agree. I was shocked when I saw the attacks on Nagan. Few people in the Heroes world have done more than him. Without him, many tournaments would not have taken place, including inter-portal and real-life tournaments, including the current CIS championship. From last year's inter-portal tournament, I know firsthand that Nagan was a true leader of the HW team. I don't think anyone could have done this job better than him. If people don't know someone, that's no reason to boast about it. And my only wish for Nagan is to ignore the words of these "personalities."
