I think all the Dungeon creatures look good, except for the minotaurs. Why did they put muzzles on them? And also, the black dragon looks like a giant worm with wings.

Well, as they say, there's no accounting for taste! Also, I think Minotaurs are weaker than, for example, in Heroes of Might and Magic IV. There, they were incredibly strong, but here they seem rather weak. And what about the Black Dragons in Heroes of Might and Magic IV! You could see them breathing heavily, their sides heaving. But in Heroes of Might and Magic V, they're just some kind of disappointment!
