Which unit in the Dark Elf castle do you dislike the most based on its appearance?

Well, as they say, there's no accounting for taste! Also, in my opinion, minotaurs are weaker than, for example, in Heroes of Might and Magic IV. There, they were incredibly strong, but here they seem rather weak. And what about the black dragons in Inferno! You could see them breathing heavily, and their sides were heaving. But in Heroes of Might and Magic V, they're just some kind of disappointment.
And the hydras have rather short legs.
