Vampires are not just the elite of the undead – they are its rulers, as they are its only intelligent representatives.
Well, I would say that besides vampires, there are other intelligent beings in the undead army – the Death Knights... And these guys and girls can definitely challenge the vampires for supremacy.
I think fire elementals (forgot what they're called) are stronger than regular elementals.
Of course, because efreets (fire elementals) are a Tier 6 creature, while elementals are Tier 5! But how does this relate to vampires, esteemed Splatt???
If you're talking about Heroes of Might and Magic III, I disagree!
Put 1 vampire against 1 efreet! The efreet will win! The assessment is always 1 on 1!
Of course, if it's 1000 against 1000, then the vampires will probably win, although... efreets also hit with an additional fire shield, which deals a lot of damage.
In Heroes of Might and Magic IV, they drain 50% and are the strongest on the level after Djinns!
AFTER Djinns? That's debatable. IMO, Shoblos are no match for Shoblos. And even in battle, Djinns aren't always good, for example, in prolonged battles or against Black Dragons.
