Won thanks to three Griffin Conservatories (2+2+3), which at 131 allowed me to break the Citadel (efreet) and after the stable run to the enemy capital.
On the first turn I built 1-6 in the Citadel, 2 secondary skills (Conflux and Necro), Dwarf Cottage on day 15.
On the second turn I gathered all 3 Griffin Conservatories, another Dwarf Cottage on day 30, 2 Hives (6+4), max Naga Bank (took it without mana, even with 4 angels and chaff, so I lost some troops), built dragons in the Castle.
After the FB, Valentin tried to guerrilla a bit with Bolt on 250, but not for long.

Won thanks to three Griffin Conservatories (2+2+3), which allowed me to break the GO (Efreeti) on turn 131 and then, after the stables, run to the enemy's capital.
On the first week, I built 1-6 in the Citadel, 2 secondary skills (Conflux and Necromancy), and a Dwarf Cottage on turn 15.
On the second week, I gather all 3 Griffin Conservatories, another Dwarf Cottage on turn 30, 2 beehives (6+4), max out the Naga Bank (took it without mana, even with 4 Angels and some chaff, so I lost a few troops), and built Dragons in the Castle.
After the Fireball, Valentin tried to guerrilla with Bolt on turn 250, but not for long.

It happened; without a bunch of free Angels the opponent would have had little chance.. Too lucky a draw for him, plus he got lucky with crystals and gold for the Dragons..

On the first, Minotaurs in the Citadel, their external dwelling is bought out, with a portal. On the second, Minotaur upgrade, Griffin Conservatory and buildings, secondary Conflux. Couldn't find the passage for some reason from the adjacent zone of Conflux to Barbarian, got crushed and on 136 broke through the double ГО. Then ran for another 3 days, and since there was an ungodly amount of gold, also finally built GM4 — bought everything out calmly, including from the external dwelling — assault with 10 Angels, 42 upgraded Minotaurs, etc., 180 mana, a 400+ Prayer... Managed to win — the Minotaurs didn't enter the fight...

On the first week, Minotaurs in the Citadel, their external dwelling was bought out, with a portal. On the second week, an upgrade for Minotaurs, Griffin Conservatories and buildings, secondary Conflux. For some reason I couldn't find a passage from the adjacent zone of Conflux to the Barbarian, got wiped out and on 136 broke through a double ГО. Then I ran for about 3 more days, and since I had an ungodly amount of gold, for once I even built Grail — Moat 4 — calmly bought everything out, including from the external dwelling — an assault with 10 Angels, 42 upgraded Minotaurs, etc., 180 mana, a power stack of 400+... I managed to win — the Minotaurs didn't enter the fight...

I confirm, in the first week I fought cluelessly, on day 116 I had 9 heroes left, then I kept losing troops, in the FB the reds were dominating one-sidedly...

After the draw they left me Dungeon, well, I wasn't upset.....
Start at the top with 3 stacks, roads are fast, I scout, three roads, Shakti hits a Dwarf Cottage (15), camps next to an external Minotaur dwelling.
112 - I break into the external dwelling, recruit, home - Portal of Summoning, lots of free gold on the respawn.... 113 - movement.... revealed blocks on secondary exits - to the underground 20-49 Gogs, to the surface - Silver Pegasi and Dendroids.
114 - I broke the blocks to the surface, the road was blocked by 50-99 Earth Elementals, a Griffin Conservatory is revealed at home. 115 - Shakti runs home, picks up a Sword +2/+2, the scout immediately reveals behind the Elementals an external Phoenix dwelling for 50-99 Crusaders!!! plans change....
Revealed double GO - a crowd of Thunderbirds on the road and a horde of Wyverns in the wilderness nearby. Nearby a Shield +3.
116 - Shakti rushes to the surface, the main hero with a scout spends the night in the capital. 117 - I break through 86 Earth Elementals, then 51 Gargoyles, take over the external Phoenix dwelling with recruitment. Home - 1-5 with Citadel.
Shakti picked up Armorer and Earth Magic to his starting skills, level 9.
At the start of the second [week] I break the Hive (8), Conservatory (3), broke into the underground - Dwarf Cottage (10), native secondary. Shakti never got Logistics, in the 5th slot grabbed Air Magic. I wanted to hit the GO at the end of the week with Mass Shield and Mass Stone Skin (Slow in two Mage Guilds wasn't given), but then the desire to get Phoenixes from 2 Portals of Summoning on day 131 and then go to the opponent prevailed... End of the week - movement with chains, Shakti grabbed the Shield +3, placed a portal in the second Dungeon, recruited Minotaurs from there, home - no changes. Not enough gold(((
On day 131 I didn't wait for growth (hated to lose a day, especially since Portals everywhere brought Minotaurs) and I break the GO (Wyverns) with a week 2 army, because I didn't have enough gold for a full buyout. Lost 1 Phoenix and some Troglodytes, leveled Air Magic to Expert.
132 - main hero is brought in, I move towards the opponent's capital. On his turn Kyrre rushes home, a chain brings the main hero. In the corner of the respawn an external Dragon dwelling was also found for 20-49 Magma Elementals........
On day 133 - I storm Kyrre, by parameters actual equality, but Shakti's superiority in meat + Mass Shield + Mass Stone Skin + Mass Haste decided it.

The opponent took a rest on 113 just as I was rushing to take 2 external dwellings of own units... started over:

111. painted the pegasus external dwelling.
112. pre-maxed the crypt.
113. plenty of money, 4 dwarf and 4 nagash dwellings scattered across the respawn, have a console.
114. fighting pits for passage to the green secondary, standing on the crypt with pegasuses, but not taking... news of surrender arrives because the respawn didn't work out (although it seemed like yours was okay - Dragon Utopia nearby, Pandora's box, artifacts...)

Too bad the opponent gave up and refused to continue the auto-battle; according to him, he had excellent prospects. I wasn't just guarding corn, for example; on the last day, I could have easily defeated Gosha (who was already the main player) by gathering all my troops (he had a lot of meat and was using an experience-based tactic, and Vistan was also leveling up well – logs, earth, tactics). Basically, I had a strong secondary hero, Vasya, and a hidden Vasya. On my primary hero, Bron had 6 Vasyas, and in both castles, I had Vivas, with one Vasya in each. So, I had a lot going for me. It's a shame the opponent couldn't or didn't want to continue. Thank you for the game.
