The first signpost is near the Castle (I think everyone has found that one), the second is near the bridge (probably everyone found that too), the third in order is in the Dungeon not far from the transition (near some mine and an elemental recruitment structure), the fourth is near the Tree of Knowledge on the surface (next to the one-way portal leading back to the initial Castle), the fifth is near one of the Dungeon castles, and so on. The last signpost will indicate the location of Ashan's Tear.
