After suggesting to write a technical report, I received a categorical refusal.
Alex_R (blue Rampart Ivor Gunnar) def Lesgor (red Dungeon Shakti Shakti) 2SM4d(3) 122
1-6 in the Castle on the first + external dwelling of elves and revealed on 117 and a chain to the mini Griffin Conservatory is ready. But on 121 Shakti bursts in from an adjacent spawn and stops 2 tiles short of the Castle, blocking the chain's path. Gunnar was right near the Castle with the remainder of his army: 2 horses, 17 elves, and 7 Centaur Captains. I enter the Castle and think about how to defend; there's about 15 thousand gold. Mage Guild or upgrade 31 elves or upgrade 15 Pegasi
Shakti has Troglodytes (200+), Medusae, Queen (7), Harpies upgrade (15+1+1), Evil Eye 22, and 1 Angel.
I decided to upgrade the Pegasi
Total Gunnar: 6 Unicorns, 13+1+1 Silver, 31 Elves, 4 Evil Eye, and 7 Troglodytes. I could have bought 4 more Dendroids out of 6, but didn't ... and still managed to hold out.
Thanks for the game.
Week 1: ponies in the castle, hiding places with trees and centaurs;
Week 2: spent a week returning with Mephala to the castle, and then, in general, somehow managed to get a preserve for 1 angel, a hive for 8 wyverns, and a nagabank for 3 nagas, which resulted in dragons;
Week 3: another 2 preserves, totaling 5 angels, nowhere to go, we attack the GO (Greater Object) of the Horde; it seems like about 55 nagas are not on the way, which is good because pathfinding and logistics were provided; a very long path from the GO to Solmir's capital;
1-4-2, we attack Solmir in the castle with 180 mana; it was a bit scary, but we managed to cope quite easily, although I took damage from a chain dog 3 or 4 times.
Thank you for the game!

If I had reached those couple of tiles — it would have been a red-rush. But I remembered about it only later))). In general, there was a native secondary hero, I could have built up the army well with an income of ~3000 already from the first week. The treasure zone is nearby with a bunch of Upgrades and a Chalice (though not yet scouted), but at 2 AM you think about how to finish the game faster. At first, Caitlin attacked — took out a single pegasus in defense. In principle, when I attacked with Shacter, I knew that the chances of winning the fight were veeeeeeeeery slim, but turning back is not my style:) I don't play at night anymore — otherwise I'll either upgrade Medusas for no reason on the first, forget to buy Evil Eye, forget to buy the book for Papa before going into a rush, or forget the tent — same thing, or I'll mess up something else — my head doesn't work after midnight)))).
Thanks for the game.
vbn (blue, Rampart, Mephala, Mephala) def Hermit (red, Tower, Solmir, Solmir) 2SM4d(3) 1-4-2
1st week: cons in the castle, external dwelling of trees and centaurs;
2nd week: Mephala spent a week returning to the castle, and then, in general, somehow took a conserva for 1 angel, a Hive for 8 wyverns and a nagabank for 3 nagas, which gave dragons;
3rd week: another 2 conservas, total 5 angels, nowhere to go, we hit ГО horde, it seems, about 55 nagas not on the road, good thing pathfinding + logistics were given; a very long path from ГО to Solmir's capital;
1-4-2 we attack Solmir in the castle with 180 mana; it was a bit scary, but we managed quite easily, although I got hit by chain lightning 3 or 4 times.
Thanks for the game!
| It was... I took Tower on the starting screen and decided to start with Solmir, but planned to replace him with some warrior at the first opportunity... But there was no one suitable in the tavern. In the third week I decided to level Saurug, especially since he was already level 6, knew expert wisdom and resistance. I ran him through the stat boosters and planned to go on the 4th and take two Utopias and artifacts from the revealed Treasury with him, splitting into the nearest town, but then Mephala arrived. In the end, I decided to conduct the battle with her using Solmir after all. Not far from the castle there was an artifact that looked like a hat behind a horde of golems, but my opponent's arrival was so unexpected that I never got around to taking it; with it I most likely could have fought back, there was a chance to fight back even without it if the unicorn hadn't blinded the angels, because the chain lightning dealt a lot of damage, but in melee combat Solmir completely lost to Mephala... In the first week I racked my brains trying to find crystals for mages and nagas, even lost to 20-49 orc chiefs trying to take a fire altar, in the end I still had to buy one crystal and the nagas were built in the Stronghold. There were three secondary quests, but the path to one was blocked by a horde of lizards, and to the second by a horde of greased eyes... So I only took them on the third week after I took three conservas 1-2-1, losing two nagas in 2 of them :( . On the 2nd [week] 1-7 in the castle, on the 3rd [week] a capitol, but there wasn't enough money to hire the entire army of 8 nagas, almost all genies were sitting in the town... In the battle, Solmir of course was inferior to Mephala in melee combat, and the chain lightning didn't help either... |
On turn 112 I realized I was trapped, because there was only one road and the passage to the secondary [mine/area] was blocked by ГО. I had to slog through wasteland; 76 lizard warriors let me pass to the grassy secondary, but after a turn I had to fight again against 49 ice [elementals]; after those skirmishes only a couple of shooters remained. I took my native secondary and right there was the entrance to the underworld; I went into the secondary, built a Citadel, and sat there, but Shakhti did not appear. I hung around there for a few days and, emboldened, entered the underworld. There was a tree with 8 Wyverns, a broken teleport [led to] grass; I should have gone there, but I went through the underworld, hoping that Shakhti was far away and the roads were not fast. I cut down a gatherer on a harpy hag and I get attacked.
Valeska 7 6 2 2 (no spell book, has artifacts extending magic duration by a total of 5 rounds!) 23+24 shooters, 1+34+1 pikemen, 5 champions, 12 Wyverns
Shakhti 7 6 1 3 (expert tactics, advanced air, basic earth and logistics) 1+1 angel, 3+1 harpy hags, 1+1+170 hellish Troglodytes
The angels were very tough, but I managed to damage them, kill 120 Troglodytes, and Shakhti bought himself off; immediately I am offered 12 crusaders, etc. Shakhti decided not to continue.
Thanks for the game
According to my calculations, the places in the first group have already been definitively determined, and playing the remaining matches is pointless. I suggest declaring them draws!
A game must be played. The only case where a draw is possible is a prolonged stalemate in a game, where the match exceeds all reasonable time limits, and the result is unclear; it seems that Paladin and Hardcore had such a situation in the interportal. Or when a conflict in a match has gone too far, and to avoid further complications, the judge makes a decisive decision to declare a draw; unfortunately, this has also happened.
If we simply count the wins, the "Order of the Phoenix" team has 7 wins, the "Armageddon" team has 4 points, the "April Fools" team has 3, and the "Hellish Troglodytes" team has 1 win.
Since the April Fools have played all their games, they cannot overtake Armageddon. In turn, Armageddon cannot overtake the Phoenixes.
Therefore, in group 1, the following teams advance to the semi-finals:
1st place - "Order of the Phoenix".
2nd place - "Armageddon".
If the players wish to play the remaining matches over the weekend, it is only welcome.
In group 2, there are too many unplayed matches.
1-2. "Zaurs" - 5 wins out of 7 (2 games unplayed).
1-2. "Homo Homini" - 5 wins out of 6 (3 games unplayed).
3. "Forest Healers" (EPU) - 2 wins out of 6 (3 games unplayed).
4. "Knights of the Apocalypse" - 0 out of 5 (4 games unplayed).
In fact, the remaining matches should determine who will take 1st and 2nd place. Theoretically, the "Forest Healers" can also get 5 wins, but only if one of the leaders loses the remaining games.
vitalic (red, Castle, Valeska, Valeska) def Pit for LM (blue, Dungeon, Shahti, Shahti) 2SM4D(3) 123.
Finally, the game started. Shahti had 3 stacks, but Lorelei was in the tavern again. One secondary town was guarded by Orcs through a portal – I had recently lost to them, so I went in the other direction. I had no money, no one to rob, and no resource buildings. The second direction was blocked by a group of Storm Elementals – there was nothing to do, so I sent a hero, killed them. There was a Necropolis secondary town, again without gold, but nearby was a resource building for 2 Angels. I could only build Medusas in the Citadel, and even that was a waste – I should have bought a book and a portal with Troglodytes (there was one resource building after all).
On day 121, I only had enough money for a new hero and Troglodytes, so I gave them to Shahti. He took 2 Angels, went back home, and headed to the portal for Orcs. On day 122, I could have taken the wood resource building, but I didn't want to go there with 2 Angels and Troglodytes – I felt sorry for them. I went through the teleport to the grass, where I took an axe +2 attack – at least something. Then, Valeska came, took my wood resource building, and blocked the passage to the capital in my narrow tunnels. I had to attack with what I had – I couldn't defeat the humans with 12 Wyverns, although the Troglodytes fought bravely.
Thank you for the game.
Round 2, Homo Homini vs. Zavry
Aldegir (blue Castle, Valiska, Valiska) draw, Chudozavr (Keba) (red Citadel, Dessa, Dessa) 2SM4d(3) 127
Okay. Thank you.
