Regarding Shevchenko... as for old age - I agree:(... BUT! A player who is among the top three in Serie A and Europe simply cannot, by definition, go to a forum ignominiously.... Regarding Messi... again, did you even know him before??? Had you heard of him???? As far as I remember, he popped up at the last youth world forum... He doesn't have that reserve of consistently brilliant play yet to 100% become the revelation of the World Cup...

I haven't tried Rome in ladder... I prefer something more dynamic - Cossacks, for example... But the same "luxury" is Confrontation:))) Although I haven't played it in a while, maybe I've even lost my skills:)

Regarding there being little new content... who knows... I didn't play through it enough... I got to the point where some kind of sh** thing appeared across the whole screen... called Sentry Chihuaptec... and smacked my carefully nurtured squad over the head:))) and did so about 40 times:)))) Therefore, you could say I never actually reached the very latest innovations:))))

As for football, we have a new national team coach, some foreigner, I don't remember his name.

His name is Guus Hiddink. But he isn't the coach yet. Mutko promised to announce it by March 13th. But it is known for sure that Hiddink will leave the Australian national team after the World Cup.

By the way, which game are you most looking forward to this year?

Well, I'm also really looking forward to Gothic... I enjoyed playing the previous ones... I'm also looking forward to Heroes 5...
But I've already waited for the most important game - it's X3-Reunion - a truly awesome game with revolutionary graphics, a complex and well-thought-out economy, and complete freedom of choice... I'm playing it right now...

Well, it's not bad, I liked it, though it gets tedious toward the end when the aliens arrive and start overwhelming you with numbers, damn, it's just a total bloodbath, you get tired of completing repetitive missions...
But the construction, development, and science systems were cool ;)...
So I played for about a week with pleasure... unlike Aftermath, which was crap...

:2:Ellin: on the Nival site, I have a signature with a link to a website dedicated to similar games (space simulators like Elite), and there everything about X3 is described in detail; IMHO it's the best game of the genre, + one of the most beautiful, complex and interesting games released in 2005...

Because they abandoned turn-based combat... the levels were practically flat (slightly multi-level), and there was no economic system (research, production).

In Aftershock, they at least brought back expanded production and research, and the game started to resemble the old X-COM, although the combat with a pause still remained :(, which, in my opinion, is a minus for this type of game...
