The problem is that the image is shifted to the left. It's not distorted, but it's still inconvenient. Patch 3.1 is installed. Can anyone suggest what the problem is and how to fix it?

Try changing the resolution in the game settings (there are many options available). It doesn't have to be the same as your monitor's resolution. Choose the option that you find most suitable.
