The question is this: what Stronghold army can already venture into Dragon Utopias if there were no cons, hives, or uber-niches, or only a minimum (up to 2-3 angels, up to 10-12 wyverns). Let the combat parameters of hero Gurnisson be 15-20 in total (meaning something like 12-6).
If you have angels or wyverns, and expert shield/leather, then you can even do it in the second week. Much still depends on the pace of the game. There are situations where you can wait until 131 and smash them without losses, and there are times when you must venture in as early as the 2nd week because by 131 you might already be killed
If you upgrade bears and ogres, you can confidently go for level 131! 5 gray bears will do the trick there, and ogres are perfect as cannon fodder!
If you have angels or dryads, and expert shield/leather upgrades, you can even do it on the second week. A lot also depends on the pace of the game. Sometimes you can wait for level 131 and take it without losses, and sometimes you have to rush it on the second week because you might get killed on level 131.
Yes, the situations are probably different... I understand that bears are the most reliable 7th-level unit on the first week - it's harder not to get them than to get them:D, but it's not a given that they will be in your castle:smile30:, there can be different financial situations, and you might not be able to get a good buy on level 121 if you try to max everything out on the first week. And there are also options with secondary units: if you have one or two bird units or a native secondary unit from the first week, why not go for birds? Or 2-3 orc units, even though they are weak, they are still the only ranged units... The situation with wolves is generally confusing - they can be both a strong stack (if there are enough of them) and cannon fodder, and they are not very durable. Here's another question: when is it better to upgrade which units in the Citadel? Is it worth upgrading birds early? And what about wolves, if they are not the "THE" wolves? Bears, in my opinion, are very difficult to upgrade early: what if there are no crystals or dwarven mines?

Here is another question: when is it better to upgrade units in the Stronghold? Is an early bird upgrade justified? And what about wolves, if they aren't THE ones? As for bears, IMHO, it's very difficult to upgrade them early: what if there are neither crystals nor dwarf mines?
I don't build dogs at all, for example. They are very weak.

I don't build dogs at all, for example. They are very weak:-( I try to: 113 - build a Tower, 114 - build Ogres, 115 - build Griffins, 116 - build a Stronghold, 121 - take all of this and a couple of Goblins and go to attack the Dwarves, and around level 125 I build Bears (depending on the map) :-) well, in
In online play, with such a slow pace, even a fairly average player will lose without a chance. (This is about random players at 160%).
As for the Tower on the first map, it's not needed for 200% games.
