My opinion regarding bans. As the coordinators stated, this forum is a fan forum, and its primary purpose is communication, not competition. Based on this, and this is my conclusion, moderators don't ban cheaters, believing that the tournament organizers should exclude cheaters, but they ban those who violate the principles of communication. In general, there is some logic to this.
From everything I've read in these discussions, there was indeed excessively aggressive behavior, resistance, disproportionate to the action. As Smoke recently wrote, "one post and that's it" - and that would have been enough. But Hacker also overreacted. Vbn acted most wisely by simply closing this topic until a better time.

I killed the Psykers. Although my losses weren't as high as the author's, I still managed to win. To achieve victory, I had to do the following: I dismissed the Wyverns and replaced them with a single Troglodyte (in theory, it doesn't matter which unit you use as bait, I decided to focus on morale; in theory, I could have won with the Wyverns as well), which lured the Psykers in the first round. In the first turn, the Manticores attacked with morale (under the shield), and then the main thing is not to get hit by double attacks, and it's all simple. In the end, I had 3 Cats, 5 Eyes, and 8 Medusas left. The Medusas also got morale towards the end, but it didn't matter anymore. I could have saved the Angel by simply flying it to the edge of the screen :D

It's not a good idea to exclude such, let's say, "unsavory players" from Tournaments. Their inappropriate gameplay shouldn't be factored into the ranking at all! As far as I understand, Andrey-britva was banned on the Portal for using abusive language towards the moderators, and that's not the same thing.
