Sometimes, compassion can also be "useful," while other times, pity is excessive. And it's generally best not to touch upon the concept of love, as it varies greatly. In general, humanity, in my opinion, is a complex concept that encompasses many things, and as I mentioned earlier, the more of these qualities a person possesses, the more human they will be.
