The first on our list is Alucard.

His search is still ongoing, so be vigilant — he might be standing right behind you.

And the last on the list, but not in importance, is Loken the Elusive.
What can be said about him?
The number of his crimes is simply staggering.
He is very strong and incredibly smart; very often, when the police caught him, he managed to escape. Even when he was being escorted to prison, he managed to escape, but fortunately this villain was caught the next day, after which he was taken to an incredibly high-security prison; however, according to rumors, he became the prison boss.
