I didn't want to remove Allva from the table, but I also couldn't bring myself to let him advance to the next stage because he wasn't responding to messages on ICQ or in private messages on the forum. He wasn't responding to anyone.

Let me give just one example to support your point!
Alex-NV made it to the next round, even though he didn't play against me and some other players, even though I messaged him without any result! It seems there was some issue with ICQ. I didn't receive anything from anyone, only a message from Arkhangel on VKontakte.

Everyone will draw their own conclusions and hope (or even pray) for fair (logical) judging in future tournaments, of which, I hope, there will be many more.

If anyone thinks they deserve to play in the playoffs more, they can challenge me according to the preliminary rules.
