All information about violations is public. If you go to the page http://forum.heroesworld.ru/violations_system.php and hover your mouse over the number displaying the number of violations, a tooltip will provide you with all the information about this number.

Unfortunately, this option does not work in Internet Explorer 7. But in Opera 9.5.x, FireFox 3.x, Safari 3.1.x everything works successfully.

A small suggestion.
If a person is a moderator (their nickname is green), it would sometimes be interesting to know in which specific thread they are moderating.
When reading any thread, the curators are of course indicated within it, but if you see a moderator's post in any other thread, the nickname color remains green (and it's unclear what they are doing there).
Therefore, it would be good to have information about each moderator – perhaps it could be added to their profile, and it would also be nice to indicate how long they have been working in that thread (e.g., from 01.01.xx to the present day). In addition, it would be good to see their track record, if they have moderated other threads before and when.

And also, aren't you, the moderators and coordinators, interested in knowing how ordinary users feel about you? How about a trust rating?

Red bold - this is an Administrator
Blue plain - this is a Coordinator
Green bold - this is a Section Moderator
Green italic - this is a Moderator of several sub-sections
Green plain - this is a Sub-section Moderator
Black plain - this is a Blocked user

Activity means when they were last on the forum in general.

BUT. In the section where the specific moderators are listed, along with the details of which section they oversee (mod team statistics) – the number of moderators in that list is smaller (29 people) than in the List of Coordinators, Moderators, and Clan Leaders (even if we don't pay attention to the clan leaders... 32 moderators, 11 sub-section moderators, and 14 section moderators).
Sometimes, the same moderator appears in multiple places, but... still, there is no information about what each moderator does (which specific section they oversee) for all of them (not 100%).
For example, what does ValgallaWolf oversee (green and bold – meaning he's a section moderator)?

P.S. – and also, I would like to see a list of official tournament organizers and judges (because they don't necessarily have to be moderators of that section...).

P.S.2 – I decided to look at the list of clan leaders, List of Coordinators, Moderators, and Clan Leaders. First, there is no clear indication of which clan each person leads.
Second, there are people in the list who are not leaders of the clan that is listed in their profile. For example, Oblion is not the leader of the Vampires, and Draco is the leader of the Witches... I didn't check everyone, I just looked at those who immediately caught my eye.
Or are they actually leaders of new clans, but there is nothing about it in their profile?

Introducing the moderation team for the Heroes 2 section.
Kyle - oversees offline tournaments. He has been moderating various forum sections since 2007 and has extensive experience in preparing, organizing, and conducting tournaments in different parts of the game.
Brennan - oversees online tournaments. He has been moderating the Heroes 2 online section since 2008, and it was with his arrival that the development of online play in Heroes 2 began.
Qwerty - moderator of the Heroes 2 section for the past three years. The first tournament was organized in June 2006. He is a co-organizer of inter-forum tournaments since the end of 2007 (and in fact, the first attempt was in June 2006!) with the League and the Portal.

Qwerty, but perhaps not many people will go to read about your undeniable achievements here (in this thread). Certain people really deserve respect and honor (who are moderators, who are tournament organizers, who makes maps, who is in charge of design, etc.). The people you listed, including yourselves. That's why I said that a hall of fame or a board of honor is needed for moderators and coordinators, as well as for those who have made a significant contribution to the development of the portal. It would be great to create something like a hall of fame for those who have done a lot for the forum, but I think that first, we need to create a proper hall of fame for the players. After all, the portal mainly focuses on the HMM game. And if a person has done a lot for the forum, they will be known and remembered anyway. There is no need to highlight them in any special way. Although there are already awards for the development of the portal: example. If the Creator wants, he can reward the deserving. But to highlight them in any other way – IMHO, it is unnecessary.
