I liked this option. But then we need to decide on the black faction, how many factions will be excluded specifically.

How about 3 games? The first one is random, the second one is also random, and the third one is a mirror match of the second? What do you think?

3 games is fine – Heroes is a game where there shouldn't be any draws; we play until someone wins. Regarding the random element, it wouldn't be fair, as someone might get lucky in the first random game, and the second and third games being mirror matches increases the likelihood of a draw...
In my opinion, it would be more logical if, if we can't avoid random elements, we have one random game, the second is a mirror match, and the third is a standard game.

I'm in favor of the third option. I don't like the mirror system at all because it would give one player an advantage twice. Or it would be completely random.

I vote for the second template – in my opinion, the game is more balanced that way.

I'm in favor of the second option, but we need to outline the rules for the skirmish in more detail, and on what map will the 3rd battle take place?

Why would someone be lucky twice? Let's say: 1 player Necropolis, 2 players Stronghold. Then, the opposite: 1 player Stronghold, 2 players Necropolis. That's what I'm talking about... I'm for the second option. The third battle should be on neutral ground!!!
