Hmm, I still haven't completed this scenario. I played on Veteran difficulty, but there were too many enemies. Maybe I'll try it again with the Barbarian sometime.
You are playing as demons, for Agrael. The objective is for Agrael to survive. Enemies keep coming from everywhere, it's unclear where they come from, and the armies are getting bigger and bigger...
If this is the map where Agrael's Castle stands on a mountain, then take a look here: /topic/3782/ A tournament was held on such a map... And if you really want to complete it, you can set the difficulty level to "recruit" and see what's what...and then play on normal difficulty...
Also, if this is that map, there are no enemy castles at all. They all come through portals.
P.S.: I hope I won't be ashamed of playing on recruit mode.
I played through this map with a hero. I upgraded Fire Arrows and Rapid Fire Ballista, so I didn't have any problems. Also, it seems like you can collect a complete set of all the dragon artifacts on this map.
There are 4 huge armies in total; I advise you to find all the artifacts, then find the witch, she is near the Dungeon. The witch will ask you to do something; give her 6,000 gold, and she will eliminate half of the army.
until Biara (Agraal's former assistant) arrives, takes over the castle, and 3 heroes with a substantial army show up. If you add up all the heroes and their armies, I managed to defeat 2 heroes, and the last one ran away from me all over the map – I laughed about it for a long time.
In my opinion, the plot of this scenario takes place before the events of the original campaigns. In the original game, Argail is already Kha-Beleth's right-hand man, but in this scenario, Argail is only just becoming the Warlord's right-hand man.

A mediocre scenario. It ended abruptly on day 38. I didn't even have time to complete a single secondary quest, and half the map, if not most of it, remained unexplored.
