Haven't read it, but I enjoyed the movie, and I'll be waiting for the sequel.
And a simple thank you to those who finally managed to create a beautiful dragon in the movie!!!

If you've read the book, you'll understand that they shouldn't have cut out more than half of it, but they managed to do so.

They cut out a lot, and there are discrepancies with the book. It's all as usual...
The film is interesting, but there's nothing particularly outstanding about it. The dragon is well-drawn, but I imagined its head differently...
The Shadow is simply amazing, and the sorcerer, when he's already on the shadow dragon, somehow reminds me of Kipolov.

I haven't read the book, and the movie is just okay. The general plot twists are very similar to the fourth episode of Star Wars. The only thing is that the special effects are good, and the dragons and magic are quite well done. But I don't watch movies just for the visuals.

The movie, aside from the special effects, is mediocre; while watching it, I constantly had the feeling that I had seen it somewhere before. The dragon was very disappointing; it doesn't look right. Overall, forget about the second and third parts; everything is already clear. Although, they might not even film them...

The plot is pop. The plot develops in the same way as in many other films.
But probably the film is aimed at children...

Although the plot was written by a 15-year-old, it's still terrible. I'm almost 15 (just a month away:D), but I write much better! And this kid, apparently, just doesn't know what real fantasy is!
