I've lost contact with this person. All I have is their *IP address*. Could you advise me on the best way to get in touch with them, given that I only know their *IP address*? Hmm... perhaps you could contact their city's internet service provider! Or hire a hacker to break in, but not completely, just to find out their contact information, such as their email address, ICQ, and other details.
