The city looks like a desert with a large, blunt pyramid, a mountain with a passage, and a nomad camp nearby!

Yes, the faction needs to be described in more detail, because we only have the names and abilities of the creatures, so it's impossible to judge the faction fully. I'll say this: Not bad, but IMO, undead should be the exclusive domain of Necropolis, although in this context, it looks interesting.
We need to describe the race in more detail, describe the heroes and their main specialization, and what benefits it provides, and we shouldn't forget about the super ability (although this can be explained later). Also, the idea itself seems pretty good, especially considering that those who can attack ghosts won't be a hindrance. So, I think the concept is good:D.
