We believe in victory, we are rooting for our team!

I'm 100% sure our team will win, then the semi-finals, and finally the finals XD.

Let's all turn on our TVs together at 22:30 Moscow time and cheer for our team!!!!! We'll be cheering really hard!!

Gus, in general, has already shown himself well and hasn't lost his reputation. But, of course, we want to see even more! I'll be watching the game.

Our football players have been doing great this season, especially Pavlyuchenko has really come into his own, and Arshavin is playing well.

It's already noisy outside: people are whistling, cars are honking :) Everyone is looking forward to the upcoming game! Oh, I really want to get revenge on Spain... This victory is very important for Russia. Winning the UEFA Cup, the World Hockey Championship, and the European Football Championship in one year would be amazing! Although, making it to the top 4 football teams is already a huge achievement, in my opinion. No matter what happens in today's game.

The first goal by the Spanish team completely threw the Russian national team off their game, and after that, they conceded two more goals. I bet if the Netherlands had scored first in that match, the result would have been the same as it is now. The Russians overestimated their abilities.

After the first half, I started to recognize our "old good Russian team"...
The final "Russia - Turkey" - Europe is in shock...
But overall, everything fell into place =)
But thanks to our team for the previous 3 games... they made us happy... I wish they always played like that =)
I would like to see further achievements, but I don't expect it...
But for us, even bronze is a worthy result!!!

I guess I'll take back what I said.
Although, it was indeed disappointing to lose 3-0, especially after making it so far. But... these are our football players. Bronze is also good; it's not as upsetting as if we had already won silver or even gold.
And tonight, it was much quieter on the streets than usual :[

The rare cries of lone fans - "Russia is the champion!" - were completely out of place... Sigh.

...I just saw on the news that someone is shouting, "But we have oil and gas!":D

Never mind, our guys are still great! Next time, we'll definitely achieve our goal! RUSSIA, FORWARD!!!!

They were already defeated before the game even started. When they lined up for the national anthem, I saw the faces of Zhirkov, Pavlyuchenko, Semak, Zyryanov... and I thought they would lose. They simply realized that victory was very close and they got scared...

Our game against Spain was, in my opinion, worse than the previous ones. With such attacks from the Spanish team, even though they managed to hold out for the first half, it was clear that Spain would score in the second half. Even though they didn't make it to the final, reaching the semi-final is already a good sign for future victories. But still, Germany will win!!!!!!!

Congratulations to our team on taking 3rd place. Our team has an advantage: everyone is young, and their best moments are yet to come. The Dutch team pleased us by being good sports and cheering for us in the semi-finals. However, there is one negative point: when Zyryanov (or someone like him) said: "The Russian national team doesn't need a coach" - after these words, Hiddink's face clearly showed his displeasure.
