I know that the TE developers also visit the portal, so I'm asking them specifically and everyone in general: "Is there a Russian localization for TE?", because after installing it, almost all of WOG became in English:(

There is a Russian localization, but some errors were found in it. I don't know what its current state is.

It seems the errors were caused by users who didn't read the instructions from Sir Four carefully and immediately installed the Russian version. ;) Which doesn't contain the exe file and many other things.
With any update, the English version is installed first, and then the Russian localization!

We installed the complete Russian version, which included everything, including the English version and the .exe file. It turns out that if you specify that you are installing the English version, you get the Russian version, but this is not mentioned anywhere!

A full Russian version does not exist (at least it is not posted on the League). There is an English version and a small patch that replaces the text files in it.

Please enlighten this ignorant and old troglodyte who knows and remembers nothing: what is a tournament version, and how does it differ from the regular version?:confused:

This is a version specifically for tournaments, with a bunch of settings like disabling some features and races:). And there are no cheats either:)
