The other day, literally yesterday, I turned on my computer and noticed that four keys weren't working when I started typing. I can't figure out why; they were working perfectly fine in the evening, but this morning they don't work. Does anyone know what could be causing this? The keys that aren't working are: "2", "ц" (ts), "ы" (y), and "ч" (ch). I don't think it's a keyboard issue because the arrangement of these keys on the keyboard makes that seem highly unlikely. Even if it were, the odds would be incredibly low. Please, if anyone knows how to fix this, let me know. P.S. I typed some of the letters using the on-screen keyboard, so don't think this is a joke.

That’s strange; judging by the layout of the keys, either the wiring has burned out, or you might have spilled something on the keyboard.

That’s exactly the problem – I made a mistake. The thing is, these keys are interconnected with about half of the other keys, and signals pass through them, so I don’t think the issue is with the keyboard itself.

Try wiggling the keyboard cable connected to your computer; it might help. Also, it's possible that a circuit underneath the keys has burned out. After all, if my memory serves me correctly, a keyboard is structured like a computer with block diagrams, so it's quite possible that one circuit burned out, but the rest will continue to work as if nothing happened. Check it out; borrow a keyboard from a friend for an hour and plug it into your computer. If everything works, then the problem is with your keyboard.

The "M" key on my keyboard keeps sticking, and it's worse in the evening than during the day! I've cleaned it about 100 times already! It's impossible to type!

Yeah, damn, that's my keyboard, a cool A4-Tech one. I'm so used to it, my fingers just fly across it and type text.

try updating your drivers. if the problem is indeed with the system, this might help.

Got it, it seems my keyboard has seen better days and has reached its limit in terms of clicks.

I have a simple keyboard that cost around a hundred, and I've been using it for four years. I've gotten so used to it that I get completely lost when using other keyboards (especially black ones). What's the point of this post? Just wanted to share, haven't been posting much lately... :)

That’s how it always is with keyboards. My keyboard seems very uncomfortable for my friend, and I find it difficult to work with his. The same goes for the mouse... it has extremely high sensitivity.
