Many people have asked on the forums about a utility that can change the appearance and biographies of heroes. The only known utility of this kind only worked with the original version of the game and had limited functionality.

Now we present a new, powerful utility for changing the faces and biographies of heroes. Finally, you can create your own heroes! Moreover, now you can share them with your friends! All the changes you make are saved in a special file - portraits.h4r (in the "Data" folder). You can rename it to new_mod.h4r and attach it to your map or campaign. If a user wants to play with your heroes, they put this file in their "Data" folder - and that's it!

And we are announcing a small contest. Send us your portraits.h4r files, indicating the name of the old and new heroes. We will compile a rating of the least favorite heroes and replace them with the best ones from those submitted. Now you have a chance to participate in the creation of Equilibris - take advantage of it!

Are you talking about add-ons? As in, for the editor? It seems Equilibris is offering a new version of the editor. :) If I'm wrong, I hope the more experienced users will correct me ;)
