I would like to note that this tournament is a qualifying stage for the open championship of St. Petersburg. Those of the out-of-town participants who are higher in the standings will have the right to compete in November for the main prize.

Registration is now open on GameGuru for the 5th open championship in HOMM3 TE on fixed maps - http://forums.gameguru.ru/?board=might_magic;action=display;num=1205132620. The games will begin on March 17th. The competition format is a Swiss system, with 7 rounds, one week per round.

On March 29th, the second St. Petersburg tournament, NFC ("No Fathers Contest") aka "Bezotcovshchina", will begin.

This is a preliminary qualifying tournament for the 2008 Spring Championship of St. Petersburg among players who are not in the top part of the ranking list.
The top 4 players will automatically qualify for the final stage of the Spring Championship.
The tournament starts - March 29th at 22:30, but you can start later. The main thing is to submit your application by that time.
The venue is the "Alaska" club (Dalnevostochny Ave., 58, metro station "Lomonosovskaya"), with mutual agreement, opponents can play online.

If you're talking about the link to the cup (which has been going on for a month now), it's better to read the history of the cup, and you might understand why they started playing by the rules they are playing by now! And you were late with your registration :) .
