1. The save file might be corrupted (not fully archived or not fully uploaded to the email).
2. It's possible that you don't have version 3.0 of the game, or you have some patches installed... or it's a pirated copy.

What are you doing? I gave you a link to the scanner, and you said you downloaded it! You could easily plan your development to get Dark Discovery at levels 25, 27, 29, and 31. At least, I always had it at those levels (why aren't you online on ICQ? By the way, my new number is 438824992, add me).
And I think it's much more beneficial to take Logistics instead of Education at the beginning...
And I think Fiery Warriors is an incredibly useful skill, unless you cleared Utopia early, then you'll get "Phoenix's Call" instead.

Gad Berzerker also has Warlock maxed out. The result was not accepted.
