What are you doing? I gave you a link to the scanner, and you said you downloaded it! You could easily plan your development to get Dark Discovery at levels 25, 27, 29, and 31. At least, I always had it at those levels (why aren't you online on ICQ? By the way, my new number is 438824992, add me).
And I think it's much more beneficial to take Logistics instead of Education at the beginning...
And I think Fiery Warriors is an incredibly useful skill, unless you cleared Utopia early, then you'll get "Phoenix's Call" instead.
