Do you think I eat a lot if I have the following for lunch: Double first course + Mashed potatoes with a cutlet + Rice with two meatballs + two glasses of compote.
Here's the breakdown in grams:) Double first course (250g * 2) Mashed potatoes (150g) with a cutlet (100g) Rice (150g) with two meatballs (80g * 2) Two glasses of compote (200ml * 2) Five slices of bread (20g * 5)
I would definitely eat that much when I'm really hungry! But such a meal isn't cheap. I would be satisfied with the first course and rice with two meatballs and 2 servings of compote :-)
It depends on what kind of plates you use. For example, if you use regular, small plates, then it's normal (especially when you're hungry), but I use large plates, and one plate is more than enough for me.
Where do we go? Where do we end up when we save the world?
Heh, I see everyone has a good appetite:D. But you can eat something like that after running around or working. Basically, I'm not far behind in terms of appetite - I could eat some mashed potatoes (everyone likes them:)), with fried crusts. Mmm... Delicious:D
Having two first courses is too much. I wouldn't eat that much, I wouldn't have the patience. It's better to replace one first course with a couple of salads... But overall, it's not bad. When you're hungry, you might not want to eat that much. And if you're with company, and with some... ;)
:smile52: :smile52: :smile52: In addition to what you listed, I usually get some buns, salads, and triple portions of fries... our cafeteria lady adores me!!! It's better to eat more salads instead of bread!!! ... Okay, don't be offended... I'm a separate clinical case - always hungry!!!
There was a funny story: I bet with my friends that I would eat 5 cheeseburgers at McDonald's... but if I win, they pay... guess who paid - definitely not me!!! :smile52: Ah... those were the days when my friends would fall for that... it's all about metabolism :)
by the way, I eat 4-5 times a day...
well... these conversations made me hungry... I'm going to eat some pork :)

What about 10 chebureks, each weighing 150 grams??? Think you can do it???
What about 10 chebureks, each weighing 150 grams??? Can you handle that???
Yum - yum!!! But who's paying??? I want chebureks!!! :smile45: I'll burst, but I'll eat them!!! The first seven, I'd even enjoy - if they're delicious, fatty, juicy, and with pork!!! Unfortunately, eating them in Moscow is risky:smile05:
Not just the first two, that would be great. It would be better to replace them with three of the second ones)) I calculated how much it would be with this change))) 1060 + 400 ml) Well, I removed the bread, I don't eat it) Only for sandwiches) But in general, you can eat that, you just need to be really hungry) I think I can do it, I've been training on dumplings))) I'm as lazy as Kenny, so I'm too lazy to eat, and I often eat only once a day)))
